What level progress means

Level progress measures your qualifying purchases and determines your membership level. It is not money, a deposit, stored value or a financial product. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, pledged or exchanged for points or gifts.

Earning level progress

Eligible completed US-dollar orders increase level progress by 1 per eligible US$1 of discounted item value. The entire order amount is rounded down to a whole number. Shipping, tax and separately charged fees are excluded; all levels use the same rate.

Payment must be confirmed and the order completed. Orders completed before the rewards program began do not receive automatic credits. Contact MyOpal about an earlier purchase.

Levels and upgrades

Lv1: 0–499 level progress. Lv2: 500–1,499. Lv3: 1,500–4,999. Lv4: 5,000–14,999. Lv5: 15,000 or more.

Level progress does not have a regular expiry. Refunds or verified adjustments can reduce level progress and your current level. Reaching a level again does not renew an already fulfilled one-time upgrade reward.

Refunds and records

Refunds are recalculated using the original credited item amounts. Corresponding level progress is withdrawn; each adjustment appears in your history.

Your level progress history shows where each change came from, its amount and time, and the resulting balance. Current level benefits follow your recalculated level. Already fulfilled benefits are reviewed according to their conditions and the specific order.

Fair use and support

False transactions, abusive refunds, fabricated records and exploiting technical faults to earn level progress are not permitted. MyOpal may correct verified errors and restrict misuse.
