Free Shipping

We offer free shipping services for different order values:

Orders over $100 – free registered air shipping with a tracking number.
Orders over $1,000 – free EMS shipping.
Orders over $2,000 – free FedEx shipping.

Shipping and Tracking

We understand how exciting it is to get your ordered products quickly:

We promise to send your order within 48 hours after we receive your payment.
For Registered Shipping, you’ll usually receive the international tracking number for your package within 5 days after we ship your order.
For EMS&FedEx, we will update tracking number immediately when the parcel is sent out.

Customs and Declaration

Customs duties and import taxes can impact the delivery of your package:

You’ll need to cover any customs duties and import taxes, and we appreciate your understanding of these potential additional costs.
If a package is detained, rejected, or returned by customs, we’re unable to take responsibility, and you may have to bear the return duties and risks.
We understand the importance of customs clearance in international shipping and will provide all possible support. We declare all orders as “synthetic stone” valued at $50 by default to avoid extra duties and attention from customs. If you have specific needs, please contact us as early as possible.
