Where can I find my order? Open Orders in your account. Payment and order status are shown separately; returning from PayPal does not by itself mean your payment went through.

Are taxes included? Review the taxes and charges shown at checkout. Your destination may also charge customs duties or import taxes.

How can I pay? We accept PayPal. See Payment methods for details. Never send us card numbers, payment passwords or security codes.

Shipping & returns

What does shipping cost? Available methods depend on your destination and product subtotal. See Shipping & delivery for rates and estimates.

Is shipping insured? Carrier coverage depends on the service and destination. Contact MyOpal to confirm coverage for a particular order.

Can I return an item? Eligible purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt. See Returns & refunds for exclusions and instructions.

Your account and membership

How can I close my account? Contact MyOpal with your request. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained; see our Privacy Policy.

When do I earn points? Eligible paid orders count toward your membership level and earn points once they are completed. Your membership pages show the current rules and your history.

Opals and custom jewelry

Are all opals untreated? Check the individual product description. Treatments and assembled doublets or triplets differ from solid natural opal; see Authenticity & grading.

How should I care for opal? Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals, high heat, sudden temperature changes and impacts. Assembled doublets and triplets need additional care; avoid soaking them. Ask us about your specific stone.

Can you make a custom piece? We create custom jewelry around natural loose opals purchased from MyOpal. Design, materials, fees and production details are confirmed separately.
