Eligible purchases may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Contact MyOpal for instructions before returning an item.

Return eligibility

Return the complete item in its original condition, including the original packaging, certificates and any materials supplied. We inspect returned items before confirming a refund.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Opal rough and rubs, custom-made jewelry, and requests made more than 7 days after receiving the item are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods under applicable law.

Return shipping and customs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and applicable customs duties are normally your responsibility. Original shipping charges and applicable costs may be excluded from the refund where permitted by law. We will explain relevant costs when confirming the return.
