We offer a 7-day hassle-free return/refund policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
All returns should be in their original condition and made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected along with its packaging. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs, custom duties, and any other expenses (if applicable).
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opal Rough/Rubs
- Custom-made jewelry
- Items that have been in the customer's possession for more than 7 days after receipt
Return Process
Before returning an item, please contact us to confirm the return details. Once confirmed, please return the item in its original packaging. We recommend using Registered Shipping or Express Shipping for your return.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping risks and costs, including customs fees, associated with the return process.
Important Notice
We keep records of all items before shipping. In cases of scam/spam or fraudulent behavior, no refund will be provided.
Additional Terms
Items must be returned in their entirety, including any certificates, packaging, and additional materials originally provided.
We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item is found to be damaged, altered, or not in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the return has been approved.
